Fitness Update

Here are my goals that I had in October:

- Do a one leg push up

- Do the split

- Put my head on my knees when I stretch both legs

- Do a headstand

Well I can do all of them except the split ( but I’m working on it!!) Yeah I can do an headstand!!! :D After 11 months of practising it every now and then, I can finally do it. That was such a surprise. I almost cried. This was something that I kinda lost faith about it because I was trying so hard but couldn’t do it. AND I used to be SO scared to be upside down!! That’s why I’ve always told myself that I could never do these kinda poses. I can push ups, today in my workout I did 26 of them and I can do a couple of one leg push ups. Last year, I couldn’t do one push up! I can do the crane pose too which is so pretty :) I can do a one leg bridge. Guys, last month I couldn’t lift a feet off the ground in the bridge pose!! I also started to work on my cardio, because I follow all these workouts and all, but I climb stairs and get so out of breath. I probably improved my cardio a little bit with the wos, but I was already lower the normal in cardio and someone who workout shouldn’t get out of breath by climbing stairs!! So, I started to skip as many time as I could a couple times a week and… the first time I tried it I could skip for 1:39min ( I know this is horrible!!) and today, after exactly a month, I skipped for 2:40min!! Yay!! This is so amazing. I tought that would not really improve my cardio, but it does!!

So my next goals are:

- Skip for 5 min :D

- Do the split

- Do an headstand without a wall

- Do an handstand

- Do the eight-angle pose (sooooo pretty!!)

- Do the side crane pose

- Do the firefly pose

You have to keep the faith really. You can do ANYTHING you wanna do, I am the living proof! You have to work hard and be patient :) Make your dreams your reality xxx
